About

 Megan T. Sandel, MD, is a pediatrician and co-director of the Grow Clinic at Boston Medical Center (BMC) and a professor at Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine and Boston University School of Public Health. Dr. Sandel is also the founder of the Housing Initiative and co-director of the Grow Clinic for Children at BMC. After receiving her medical degree, Dr. Sandel completed her pediatrics residency at Boston Children's Hospital/BMC. She is the former pediatric medical director of Boston Healthcare for the Homeless and the first medical director of Medical-Legal Partnership-Boston. Passionate about tackling the critical issues facing the most marginalized populations, Dr. Sandel is considered an expert in her field on the topic of housing and child health.
