Campus Construction Update

Starting September 14, we’re closing the Menino building lobby entrance. About

Geoffrey R Oxnard, MD, is a thoracic oncologist at Boston Medical Center (BMC), internationally recognized for both his clinical expertise in lung cancer and for his pioneering work on the use of liquid biopsies to guide the selection of targeted therapies. Dr. Oxnard sees patients one day a week at BMC, while also fulfilling his roles as researcher, associate professor of Hematology and Medical Oncology at Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine, and vice president and global medical lead for liquid biopsies at Foundation Medicine. Dr. Oxnard’s clinical and research interests focus on the use of diagnostics to enable precision lung cancer therapies, as well as understanding inherited lung cancer risk. After receiving his medical degree from the University of Chicago-Pritzker School of Medicine, Dr. Oxnard completed a residency in Internal Medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital and a fellowship in Medical Oncology at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center.
