Campus Construction Update

Starting September 14, we’re closing the Menino building lobby entrance. This, along with the ongoing Yawkey building entrance closure, will help us bring you an even better campus experience that matches the exceptional care you've come to expect. Please enter the Menino and Yawkey buildings through the Moakley building, and make sure to leave extra time to get to your appointment. Thank you for your patience.

This shake is a good source of protein, and makes a nutritious snack when you want something sweet. This could be a good way to replenish after some exercise!

Ingredients


Protein-powder - chocolate, 1 scoop Milk - 1 cup skim milk Chocolate-syrup - 1 Tablespoon, sugar-free Coconut-Extract - 1 teaspoon

Instructions

Step 1
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth (This can also be mixed in a blender cup).
Step 2
Strain liquid into a cup using a wire mesh strainer.
Step 3
Enjoy a 4-6 oz portion!

Notes

This recipe can be enjoyed at Stage 2, Stage 3, and Stage 4 of the Bariatric Surgery diet.

The coconut extract can be substituted with mint extract to create a delicious Chocolate Mint shake.
