The Codman Square Health Center (http://www.codman.org) serves as a resource for improving the physical, mental and social well being of the community. Today, more than 250 employees, most of whom reside in the neighborhoods surrounding Codman Square, record over 120,000 client contacts annually. The Codman Square Health Center has become an innovative leader in regional, national and international efforts to improve community health.

Directions by Car
Travel Southeast on Mass Ave. to intersection with Columbia Rd. Take a right on Columbia Rd. At fifth set of lights (Columbia and Washington) take a left onto Washington. Travel on Washington to third set of lights. Codman Square Health Center is across from the third set of lights on Washington.
By Public Transportation
MBTA Red Line to Ashmont (not Braintree). From Ashmont take the #22 or #23 bus to Boston Latin School Apartments and Codman Park. Cross the street to Bank Boston. Cross the street to the "new" health center.
