Campus Construction Update

Starting September 14, we’re closing the Menino building lobby entrance. This, along with the ongoing Yawkey building entrance closure, will help us bring you an even better campus experience that matches the exceptional care you've come to expect. Dr. Mitchell is a Clinical Professor in the Department of Emergency Medicine. She has practiced Emergency Medicine for three decades and brings a wealth of clinical knowledge to her practice. Her main interest outside of patient care is Narrative Medicine, and the use of writing and story to promote physician wellness and patient care. She has published her own writing extensively in the media and medical journals including JAMA, Annals of Emergency Medicine, The New York Times, and The Boston Globe. She has led Narrative Medicine workshops for students, residents, and the broader health field.
