Sobre

I am a Clinical Psychologist, specializing in Behavioral Medicine, which is a branch of psychology focusing on the application of mental health to medical conditions and prevention of such. I have provided clinical care in a variety of community and hospital settings, and have been at BMC for 25 years. My current clinical areas of focus are working with patients exposed to traumatic events, and helping patients adapt to medical diagnoses and improving health status. I am also a member of the BMC Ethics Committee and Ethics Consult Team. In addition to my work at BMC, I am a faculty member in the Mental Health Counseling and Behavioral Medicine Program at the Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine.
