Dr. Tucker is a physician in the departments of Medicine and Pediatrics at Boston Medical Center and Assistant Professor of Medicine at the Boston University School of Medicine. She provides primary care to adult and pediatric patients. Dr. Tucker's research interests include women's health, reproductive health, narrative medicine, and medical education. Her current research focuses on the incorporation of family
... planning, including complex contraception and medication abortion, into primary care. Her clinical interests include family planning, peripartum medicine, women's health, adolescent health, and gender-affirming care. She also loves providing pediatric primary care.
Dr. Tucker received her medical degree from the Pritzker School of Medicine at the University of Chicago and her bachelor’s degree from Harvard College. She completed her residency in combined Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at the University of Michigan, where she also served as chief resident. Dr. Tucker is a member of the Society of General Internal Medicine, the Society of Family Planning, and the Reproductive Health Access Project.
