Campus Construction Update

Starting September 14, we’re closing the Menino building lobby entrance. This, along with the ongoing Yawkey building entrance closure, will help us bring you an even better campus experience that matches the exceptional care you've come to expect. Please enter the Menino and Yawkey buildings through the Moakley building, and make sure to leave extra time to get to your appointment. Thank you for your patience.

BMC ChartLink, for Affiliated Physicians, Helping You Stay Connected with Your Patients

Access Health Information Online, Safely and Securely

As a part of Boston Medical Center's goals to continuously improve not only the quality of care for our patients but also the safety and security of their health information, we are offering secure online access to your patients information. BMC is committed to safeguarding patient personal information online.

Access Your Patient's Medical Records and More

BMC ChartLink provides real-time secure access to patient information so affiliated providers may access BMC patients' clinical data and communicate with Boston Medical Center physicians. In addition to having access to BMC patients' complete electronic chart, affiliate providers also have the ability to be notified about important clinical events.

Currently the Boston University Affiliated Physician group (BUAP), Brockton Neighborhood Healthcare Center, Massachusetts Partnership for Correctional Healthcare and several HealthNet community health centers: Boston Healthcare for the Homeless, Codman Square, Dimock Center, Dorchester House, Mattapan, Roslindale, South Boston, South End, Upham's Corner, and Whittier Street are included in our partnership.

Patient Privacy Practices

Your privacy is very important to us. The same federal laws (HIPAA) that protected your physical medical records are also protected online. Again, only care givers can login to the system and add or view your information and then they logout. As an additional safety precaution, if your chart is not actively being used for a brief period of time, it will automatically be logged out. Your chart is securely locked.
