Campus Construction Update

Starting September 14, we’re closing the Menino building lobby entrance. This, along with the ongoing Yawkey building entrance closure, will help us bring you an even better campus experience that matches the exceptional care you've come to expect. Please enter the Menino and Yawkey buildings through the Moakley building, and make sure to leave extra time to get to your appointment. Thank you for your patience.

RUN BMCWe accept applications for PGY1 positions through ERAS (the Electronic Residency Application Service). We will be interviewing VIRTUALLY from October 28, 2024 through mid-January. We are continuing with virtual only interviewing based on the equity concerns raised in hybrid interviewing and the expense for students of brief winter travels.

Interview Offering Timeline: Applications will be reviewed once all materials have been received. For applications completed by September 30, 2024, invitations will be issued on or about October 15, 2024. We do not accept applications after October 20, 2024.

We are planning robust opportunities for you to explore our health centers and hospital and to meet a variety of faculty and residents. Interviewed applicants will be invited to both virtual and in-person experiences later in the winter to assist in your ranking decisions.

All non-Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine fourth year students who are interested in taking an elective should apply through VSLO https://students-residents.aamc.org/.
