Monica Ahluwalia MD, FACC received her MD at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School with Distinction in Research, and completed her Internal Medicine Residency, Cardiovascular Medicine Fellowship and Advanced Heart Failure & Transplant Cardiology Fellowship at University of Pennsylvania, NYU School of Medicine and Brigham and Women’s Hospital, respectively, where she received the Baughman Award of Clinical Excellence. Her current research interests include studying the use of machine learning to detect hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and develop enhanced risk stratification tools among diverse populations in collaboration with data scientists
